Support is longbook's AI. It answers from the help articles, and if it can't help, someone on the team replies to you by email. In the app it is under Settings, then Help & about, then Support.
Please don't send account numbers, card details or amounts. We never ask for the contents of your longbook. Support loads only when you open it. The privacy policy says what it keeps.
