Why there's an account

Your longbook account carries your licence and your Cloud subscription. It also connects your AI to longbook and holds the reports you share. Your records themselves stay in your own iCloud.

Sign in with Google
An emailed code. Enter your email and we send you a code to enter.

If the code doesn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder.
Wait a minute before asking for another. Each address can get only a few codes an hour, to stop misuse.
Make sure the address is spelled right.

Still nothing? In Support, tap Ask a person to open an email to the team, and tell us the address you used.

Signed in on a new device

When you sign in on a new device, we email you a notice. If it wasn't you, sign out of all sessions from the app's sign-out screen and tell us.

Delete your account

Open the Account screen and tap Delete Account…, then confirm.

Deleting your account removes your email and everything hosted for you: the copy for your AI and your shared reports. It doesn't touch the longbook folder in your iCloud. Your records stay yours.

If you bought Cloud, cancel it in your Apple Account's subscription settings too. Deleting the account doesn't cancel it.
