### My iPhone and Mac show different payments

Both need the same iCloud account, with the longbook folder in iCloud Drive. A folder chosen elsewhere at setup doesn't sync. After a change, give iCloud a moment to sync.

### The widget says "open longbook"

It couldn't read the folder. Open the app once, and the widget shows the next payment again.

### The menu bar says "from the last copy"

iCloud is still downloading the folder, so longbook shows the copy it kept last time. Choose **Refresh** in the menu.

### My sign-in code didn't arrive

Check spam, wait a minute, and check the address. Each address gets only a few codes an hour.

### My statement was refused

longbook only reads statements. A receipt or a screenshot is refused. You can also use **Use My Own AI**.

### The import or my AI added something wrong

In **Proposals**, tap **Undo All**. To go further back, open **History** and **Restore** an earlier version.

### My AI can't reach longbook

In **AI Connections**, check **Let AI Read My longbook** is on, and sign in to the same longbook account in your AI. Online connections need longbook Cloud.

### Siri can't add to longbook

Siri writes to the longbook folder in iCloud Drive, so iCloud Drive must be on and the folder must live there.

### Does longbook send notifications?

No. The next payment stays in view in the iPhone widget and the Mac menu bar.

### Can my partner see my payments?

Family Sharing gives each person longbook with their own folder. To show someone your month, share a monthly report: they open a link with a password, no app needed.
